This book aims to present the crisis faced by the modern woman in such a way as to preserve a balance between her past and her present, to trace her status before and during the Feminist Movement. The relation between her rights and various systems Deluding Islam, has been examined. Due to misunderstandings in many quarters about the effects of Islamic law on women, questions and doubts pertaining to the Muslim Family Law have been attended to. Doubtless, the root of social development lies at the personality of the woman. For this reason, the wide scope of her further contribution to society, beginning with an awareness of her rights and duties, problems and possible solutions, has been discussed.
