Password Issue
Regarding password issue, this maybe a browser issue, you should "clear private data" if you use FireFox or "Browsing history" if you use Internet explorer IE. We suggest you to delete your web browser's cookies, temp files, cache, history, etc., then close your web browser, reopen it and try again OR please try using some other Browser like FireFox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Netscape etc. please visit http://www.idarastore.com/cache-and-cookies/info_12.html to know how to delete cookies and clear cache. Go to login page, if you remember the password then just type your email in the “email” field and password to login . If you don’t remember the password then please use the “forget your password” link, type your email and the new temp password will be emailed to your email address, if you don’t get email the we suggest you to please also check spam folder as sometimes it land there. You can change your password at our online store > login with the "temp" password you have received in email > go to "Your Account" > then "change password" > type the "temp" password in your current password and choose new password which is easy to remember for you, thats it ! |
