We request all our valued customers to please choose/select items carefully, check Descriptions, Price, Quantity, language of the book, etc. before placing your orders to avoid problems, also these are religions books, some times they are not handled with due respect in transit, even the risk of damage increases in multiple shipping.. 

idaraStore.com Islamic Bookstore guarantees that we will send the Books & other products that are new and are in good condition. All the Books ordered through idaraStore.com are indivisually checked & shrink wraped to assure its condition & quality. We take care to carefully pack your order to ensure timely and safe delivery.

idaraStore.com supply Books published by different publishers as they are published. If you found any damages in the book i.e. torn pages, missing text, binding error (wrong volume binding) etc. you must notify within 3 working days of receiving, we will send a replacement. If that Item is not available in stock then idaraStore.com will issue full refund to the customer.

If you have received Book (s) in very bad condition / bent corners due to long distance involved, please report within 3 days. We will either replace it or refund the item cost, minus shipping. You must return the book first in order to get a refund or replacement.
If for any reason we receive the order (parcel) back, then we can only send the order again if the customer requests and pay the shipping charges for re-sending OR we can refund the amount of products ordered only.
This happen rerely due to any reasons like Moved, attempted-not known, undelivered, unclaimed, insufficient address etc.) Please note that the shipping cost would not be credited/refunded in any case.

IDARA IMPEX t/a idaraStore.com will arrange to pay shipping costs (within India only) associated with returning broken/defective item(s). International Shipping charges will not be refunded in any case.

idaraStore.com reserves the right to inspect and verify that item(s) are broken/defective prior to issuing a refund.

Note: We always write buyer's contact number on the address label (if provided by the customer). Rarely/sometimes we receive the package(s) back "undelivered" by the local post office of the customer with any reason like "Unclaimed" "Moved, Left no address" "Insufficient address" "Attempted-Not Known" "refused" etc. In such cases, if the package is received by us, we will inform the customer about it, as this will not be our fault we can only re-send the ordered products if the customer pays the re-shipping charges to us. If we don't get any response from customer or if he/she don't want to pay the re-shipping then the products will be given to any Madarsa, school or needy individual on behalf of the customer as gift.

Ordering at our store means that the customer have read the above & agrees to the terms and condition etc.
